Start an affiliate program with paying people ahead of time “pay per lead” type of a thing and have an up sell later on.  Be careful with fraud on this!

Outsource 10 high quality articles and post them on squidoo!  Drive traffic to each one with articles from other article directories. Rank that squidoo page in top 100 and get MASSIVE Traffic!
